She graduated in 2015 with an Associate in Applied Science in Equine Science and a Bachelors in Equine Science Business Management. While attending MSC, Michele was an active member of the IHSA Hunt Seat Riding team where she competed in multiple competitions including IHSA Zone 3 regionals during her sophomore year.

Ashley Zipperlen was born and raised on Long Island. Her love of horses started at an early age with a pony ride. Since then, Ashley has taken lessons and every opportunity to get involved with the many different aspects of the horse industry. Ashley’s passion and love for horses led her to work at local barns to further her horsemanship skills and knowledge.
After graduating high school, Ashley helped manage barns in Medford and Northport. She also acted as a trainer, giving lessons and working with under saddle and with groundwork. This further fueled her love of the industry and she was determined to become more involved with caring for horses.
Ashley joined the New York Equine team in the fall of 2016, and is excited to use this opportunity to continue her growth as a horsewoman.
In her spare time Ashley enjoys riding and relaxing with her two horses, Quik and Bailey.
